I feel like I ate all sorts of random food today, because well, I did. I started with a simple piece of peanut butter toast and blackberries for breakfast. It was good fuel before a five mile run.

Usually I’m not hungry right after a run. I tend to need at least 30 minutes before my appetite is back to normal. Today however, I was ready for food the second I got home. I immediately snacked on a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on a sandwich round. (Oh and a few crackers, which aren’t pictured.)
