Chris and I love our Kashi breakfasts and as usual began our morning with our cereal mixture. My bowl had Kashi Autumn Wheat, GoLean and Golden Goodness with a mix of almond and coconut milk.

Before lunch we went to LA Fitness for a strength workout. Chris always plans our workouts and today he kicked my butt with a strenuous one! Luckily I had Chipotle to look forward to the whole time he had me doing a chest press with 20lb dumbbells.
It was so nice out today that we enjoyed our veggie burrito bowls on the patio. It’s crazy and yet amazing that we have been having 70 degree weather in February.
