It’s been an eerie day in Atlanta as we waited for severe thunderstorms to hit the city this afternoon.
This next picture was right before the storm hit on my drive home from work. Less than five minutes later it was raining so hard I could barely see more than 10 feet in front of my car.
After making it safely home it was time to get cooking. On tonight’s Meatless Monday menu was Veggie & Cheesy Whole Grain Pasta.
