After running five miles this morning (the first 1.5 with Moose) I made myself a purely decadent smoothie for breakfast.

In the mix:
For lunch I packed a big bowl of homemade vegetable soup (recipe to be posted soon) and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. All enjoyed at my desk, per usual.

After work Chris and I stuck to our routine and went to the gym to lift weights. We started with an incline bench press, then upright rows, followed by ab rolls on a ball, jumping squats, tricep extensions and lastly lat pulls. Just so you know, I had to ask Chris what every single one of those items was called. Lucky for me he always decides our routine and informs me of what I need to do. It’s like I have my own personal trainer AND he’s free! :)
