I incorporated last night’s Sweet Potato Soup leftovers into my oats for breakfast. I made overnight oats by combining uncooked rolled oats with the soup and a little almond milk. Those sat in the fridge all night just waiting for me to chow down this morning. To really top things off, a dollop of dark chocolate peanut butter was necessary.

Since last night’s salad was so incredible I made a very similar version for lunch. I added chopped apple and crumbled blue cheese for a little more substance. Delish! I also ate the other half of the apple (that didn’t end up in the salad) with a big scoop of peanut butter for dessert.

And last but not least, dinner!
Don’t tell Chris but I totally ate the Panahar leftovers for dinner tonight. One meals worth of leftovers have been patiently sitting in our fridge, waiting for someone to eat them. In order to not be rude and steal these leftovers from one another, I think Chris and I have just politely let them sit there. Silently saying, I’m the most thoughtful one in this relationship so I’ll let you have the amazing Panahar goodness.
