Since yesterday’s rain scared Linda and I away from running, today we made a second attempt at running the six miles on our training schedule.
Why did it have to go back to being cold though? It’s been reaching well into the mid-sixties for the past couple weeks but for our run today it decided to be really windy and in the low forties! What the?!
Other than it being a tad bit chilly, we had a great run. We talked non-stop so six miles went by super quickly. That’s my type of run!
Tonight Chris and I did all of our weekly grocery shopping and then came home and got cooking. We made soup for dinner and stir fry for this week’s lunches.
