Whew, it’s been a busy but fun weekend! Yesterday began with Linda and I creating our own cooking show in her kitchen. I nominated her for the chance to win a kitchen makeover and yesterday we created our applicant video.
We put on some fun, girly aprons and cooked french toast with apple compote. Here’s Linda taste testing our final creation!

After our soon-to-be world famous cooking demonstration (ha, yeah right!) Linda and I set out for an eight mile run around her part of town. We didn’t do the best job planning because we wound up running during the hottest part of the day. It got in the mid-70s yesterday! I also didn’t even think about wearing sunscreen (it’s only March after all) so I suffered a little sunburn on my chest and shoulders.
